1. Refund Eligibility

  • Eligible only on first-time subscriptions, not renewals.

2. Types & Method of Refund

  • Refund via original payment method or credit note against future invoices.

  • Transaction fees may be deducted.

3. How to Request

  • We may request information to verify eligibility.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • No refunds for partial months, unused seats, or termination requests after the window.

  • No refunds for claims based on Beta‑phase bugs or features as‑is.
